First Annual Convention, Diocese of the Delaware and North American Missions (W. Rite), at the Church of St. John the Beloved, Rock Hill, SC, May 2-3. 2003.

Our mission is scripturally focused, centered on the clear mandate of our Savior Jesus Christ:  "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" ( Matt. 28:19).

This great commission calls all Christians, ordained clergy and laypersons, to bring the joyous message of salvation, in the Lord's Name, to all the people in our complex, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi racial community of humankind.

The Divine Liturgy, Sacraments and all programs of our churches are offered in English so that all the faithful may fully participate.  The Divine Liturgy on Sundays, Holy Days, and all other occasions is an uplifting celebration by the faithful in praise and glory to our Lord.

We share in the presence of the Holy Spirit as we hear the Word of the Lord, sing praises, offer homage and prayers, and particularly as we participate in the Holy Eucharist, partaking of the precious Body and Blood of our Savior Jesus Christ.  We adore Him with incense and song and instrumental music, all to His Glory.
